我在柔软湿润的蛋奶酥蛋糕纸上用鲜奶油和桃子做了 Momosando!

床单非常湿润,吃起来味道真的很好。再加上这几天时令的桃子,颜色好看,又多了几分清爽可口~

soufflé cake sheet非常柔软,必须小心处理,所以这似乎是一个有点困难的食谱。

配料

  • 40克黄油
  • 60克低筋面粉
  • 50克牛奶
  • 1个鸡蛋+3个蛋黄
  • 1/2ts 香草精
  • 蛋白霜(3个蛋清+60g糖)
  • 1 桃子
  • 淡奶油(150g奶油+15g糖)

说明书

  1. 将黄油放入锅中加热,直到黄油融化。离火,过筛软面粉,拌匀,再次置火上微热。
  2. 从火上移开,加入牛奶,混合直至混合,转移到碗中,加入鸡蛋+蛋黄和香草精并混合。
    (如果牛奶混合后没有结块,可以把它放在火上稍微加热,直到它变成一团。)
  3. 加入蛋白霜,搅拌均匀,放入烤盘,放入预热至180度的烤箱烤15至18分钟。
  4. 完全冷却后,切成四块。
  5. 将桃子去皮并切片。
  6. 把淡奶油放在切好的薄片上,按照薄片的大小放桃子。
  7. 在桃子上涂上鲜奶油后,在上面放另一张纸,并在两侧填满奶油。
