我做了一个用烤箱烤的油条芝士蛋糕,把芝士蛋糕夹在一个清淡的油条上~
我觉得和芝士蛋糕一起吃油条很不错,单独吃或者和冰淇淋一起吃都很好吃,所以就做了,味道还行真的很好。

不用油炸也很容易在烤箱里烤,所以不太油腻,所以我觉得和芝士蛋糕一起吃会更好。
它不太脆,所以吃起来更柔软。

烤好后撒上牛油和肉桂糖,味道和味道都会更上一层楼~
我觉得放冰箱冷冻起来,像冰淇淋三明治一样吃,真的很好吃!

  • 70克糖
  • 1克盐
  • 75克全蛋
  • 15克低筋面粉
  • 60克浓奶油
  • 10克柠檬汁
  • 60克无盐黄油
  • 15克红糖
  • 1克盐
  • 115克水
  • 75克通用面粉
  • 85克全蛋
  • 3克香草精
  • 无盐黄油
  • 肉桂糖

说明书

  1. 室温松开奶油奶酪,加入糖和盐,搅拌均匀,再加入鸡蛋搅拌均匀。
  2. 加入软面粉拌匀,加入鲜奶油拌匀,加入柠檬汁拌匀,过筛,倒入烤盘(18cm)。
  3. 165度烤35分钟左右,入冰箱冷藏(预热185度)。
  4. 将黄油、红糖、盐和水放入锅中,用小火加热至微沸。
  5. 离火,过筛面粉,用抹刀搅拌均匀,不要有结块,再放小火加热。
  6. 当面团变得稍微透明并且底部形成薄膜时,将其从火上移开并将其转移到碗中冷却。
  7. 将鸡蛋分开,加入香草精,然后混合。
  8. 将一个豆荚(每个中号都使用豆荚-没有豆荚编号ㅠㅠ)放入装有豆荚的裱花袋中,然后将平底锅放入烤盘(18cm)中。
  9. 在200度的烤箱中烘烤22分钟(直到颜色漂亮),然后涂上融化的黄油并撒上糖和肉桂。
