丝状芝士比马苏里拉芝士更香更好吃,成型也更方便。

  • 170克温牛奶
  • 30克糖
  • 3克盐
  • 4克干酵母
  • 300克面包粉
  • 1个全蛋
  • 40克无盐黄油
  • 12串奶酪

说明书

  1. 温牛奶(40度左右)加入糖、盐、酵母,搅拌均匀,倒入面粉,加入鸡蛋,用锅铲搅拌均匀。
  2. 用手揉揉约10分钟,然后加入黄油揉至面团光滑。
  3. 将面团放入碗中,盖上保鲜膜,发酵至面团两倍大。把它切成四等份,然后把它弄圆。盖上保鲜膜,发酵约15分钟。
  4. 面团排气,拉长,把切好的串起司放在上面,轻轻压一下,用手捏住面团盖住起司。
  5. 擀成漩涡状,盖上保鲜膜发酵40分钟左右。
  6. 在平底锅上涂少许油,用厨房毛巾擦拭,将面团放在上面,盖上盖子,用非常低的热量加热 6-7 分钟。
  7. 把面团翻过来,再盖上盖子,加热6-7分钟,然后取出。
