果冻蛋糕食谱

果冻蛋糕是其中一种美味食谱,烹饪树将一步步教你如何制作这道食谱

我用五颜六色的新鲜水果做了一个果冻蛋糕!

底层是松软的鲜奶油蛋糕层,中间层是薄薄的酸奶慕斯层,顶层是满满水果的果冻层。

每一层都有不同的味道,所以跟一般的水果蛋糕有点不一样~^^

我觉得还是用自己喜欢的水果来做,凉着吃比较好~*^^*

这比我想象的要花很多功夫和时间,但当我完成它时,我感觉像水果一样新鲜。

配料

  • 黄金奇异果
  • 绿色奇异果
  • 柚子
  • 柑橘
  • 2张海绵蛋糕纸(16.5cm)
  • 淡奶油(150g奶油+15g糖)
  • 糖浆
  • 50克原味酸奶
  • 20克糖
  • 80克淡奶油
  • 5克叶明胶
  • 150g温水蜜桃味饮品
  • 15克糖
  • 5克叶明胶

说明书

  1. 将水果切片。
  2. 将海绵蛋糕片放在模具上,撒上糖浆,再抹上淡奶油。
  3. 把切好的水果放在上面,抹上淡奶油,然后把薄片放在上面,撒上糖浆。
  4. 在碗中混合酸奶和糖,然后加入鲜奶油和融化的明胶并混合。
  5. 将酸奶慕斯倒在(3)上,抹平,放入冰箱冷藏30-40分钟凝固。
  6. 在温热的桃子味饮料中加入糖并混合,然后加入用冷水浸泡至少 15 分钟的吉利丁并混合。
  7. 倒一点(6)在凝固的慕斯上面,压扁,放上水果,放入冰箱冷藏20分钟凝固。
    (如果一下子全部倒进去,就会想到水果~!)
  8. 倒入剩余的 (6) 并在冰箱中硬化 3-4 小时。
