  • 50克黄油
  • 63克糖
  • 63克低筋面粉
  • 红色食用色素

泡芙

  • 30毫升水
  • 30毫升牛奶
  • 27克黄油
  • 1克盐
  • 30克低筋面粉
  • 6克可可粉
  • 鸡蛋 55克
  • 淡奶油(鲜奶油200g+糖20g)

装饰

  • 淡奶油
  • 苹果薄荷
  • 糖粉

说明书

饼干:

  1. 软化黄油后,加入糖并混合。
  2. 将软面粉过筛,轻轻混合,加入红色食用色素,混合,擀平,放入冰箱冷藏 30 分钟变硬。

泡芙:

  1. 将水+牛奶+黄油+盐放入锅中煮至黄油完全溶解,然后离火。
  2. 低筋面粉+可可粉过筛,混合,放小火边加热边搅拌,直到底部形成一层薄膜。
  3. 将打散的鸡蛋分成2批,搅拌均匀,放入裱花袋中。
  4. 烤盘放入烤盘,将饼干面团沾一圈,放入预热至190度的烤箱烤25分钟。
  5. 冷却后的鞋内倒入淡奶油,并用打发稀薄的淡奶油+苹果薄荷+糖粉装饰。
