松软的面包面团里填入香喷喷的牛油,撒上糖,烤好。

我的手真的是自己动到面包上了~哈哈哈
面包面团水分多,加了奶油芝士,真的很湿润松软。

揉面的时候会很粘手,所以有点硬,但发酵后就好了。
烘烤面包之前,有必要充分涂抹鸡蛋和水的混合物,以便烘烤颜色均匀。

趁热吃的话,真是太好吃了~^^

配料

  • 280克面包粉
  • 25克糖
  • 2克盐
  • 3克干酵母
  • 40克全蛋
  • 40克奶油芝士
  • 150克牛奶
  • 15克无盐黄油
  • 鸡蛋+水
  • 60克软无盐黄油

说明书

  1. 面粉挖3个槽,分别加入糖、盐、干酵母,裹上面粉。
  2. 加入鸡蛋、奶油芝士和牛奶,用抹刀粗略混合,用手揉约7分钟。
  3. 加入常温黄油,揉至面团光滑,面团拉伸摊薄时停止。
  4. 放入碗中,盖上盖子,发酵1小时左右,直到面团变大一倍。
  5. 将面团分成 8 等份(每份约 65 克)并搓圆。盖上保鲜膜,发酵15分钟。
  6. 面团压出气体,搓成圆形,放入烤盘中,盖上保鲜膜,发酵40分钟左右。
  7. 将蛋液刷在面包上,将面包顶部切成十字形,填入室温黄油,撒上糖。
  8. 撒上糖,放入烤箱170度烤17分钟(预热至190度)。
