配料

  • 50克莲花饼干
  • 20克融化的无盐黄油
  • 250克奶油芝士
  • 30克糖
  • 50克莲花
  • 2克香草精
  • 5克柠檬汁
  • 150克浓奶油

说明书

  1. 莲花曲奇压碎后,放入杯中,杯中加入融化的黄油,搅拌均匀,轻轻压一下,放入冰箱冷藏。
  2. 松开奶油芝士,加入糖拌匀,然后加入莲花饼干摊开,拌匀。
  3. 加入柠檬汁和香草精混合,再加入50%的淡奶油混合均匀。
  4. 分杯放入冰箱冷藏2小时后取出放入微波炉加热10秒左右,撒上铺好的荷花。
  5. 用莲花曲奇粉和莲花曲奇装饰。
